Adelina quotes customers straight from this sheet. Until you fill it in she will not give anyone a price — she takes their details and tells them you'll confirm. Nothing here is guessed on your behalf.

How you quote VAT

This one matters most — get it wrong and every quote is out by 20%. Adelina can't price anything until you choose.

Price + VATYou quote £250 plus VAT. Usual for commercial and trade work.

Price including VATYou quote £300 all in. Usual for homeowners, who must see the price they actually pay.

What you charge for

Add a line for each kind of work. Per area = a rate per metre. Per job = one flat price. Day rate = a price per day. Use the names you'd actually say to a customer — Adelina matches on them.

Your three extras

You listed these on your onboarding form. % uplift adds a percentage to that line. Per metre multiplies by the length. Flat adds a fixed amount once. If a customer needs an extra you've left blank, Adelina refuses to quote rather than under-charge you.
